Structural Engineer Recs - house cracking

Hi,

Due to the hot weather, our house is developing a lot of new cracks in the plaster inside and a few on the new render outside and around the bay windows. Some doors are also sticking. Can you recommend a structural engineer who can give us some advice please before we contact our insurer?

Can you also advise what the average cost is likely to be for a general structural survey?

  That's great to know. But when you compare it to the roughly 34,000 that Cat Protection rehome per year it does make you scratch your head a bit doesn't it..?
