Wanted: studio flat/one bed in Peckham area

Hi there,

I'm looking for a studio or one-bed in the Peckham Rye area.

A bit about me: I'm a 33 year old female, work full time as an editor for a national (left-wing!) newspaper, and love music, books and art. I'm friendly, tidy and clean and considerate and am looking for a place I can take care of and call home. I love gardening too, so some outdoor space would be a bonus!

My budget is a maximum of ?1000 pcm, ideally less. I'm looking on here because would rather not have to deal with estate agents and the fees!

I can provide references from previous landlords, and my work if that's needed.

Please feel free to message me if you have or know of anything suitable.

Thank you!

Jenny

hi Jenny the big studio above me will be refurbishwd and put on the market some time soon. I can ask my landlord.

I am very keen on having someone very calm as I sleep just under ahahah also everyone in the neighbourhoodis very calm.

pm me. I think the price was something like 950 but he might have raised it since the last tenant went. well it is worth asking.

there is no outdoor space though.

I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read  that when people who had lived in a very run down area  were given  nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
