Recommendation for pest controller (rats)

Hello,

We have a problem with rats under our floorboards and have tried several humane methods to get rid....has anyone had any experience with a pest controller they could possibly recommend?

I would suggest you try and find out how they got in to your property in the first place. Bear in mind rats only need a hole which is slightly larger than a golf ball.

Does your property have cavity walls and do your neighbours have the same problem?

Hi Matt, I's sure you must have dealt with your problem by now. However if you haven't and if anyone else finds this thread I wanted to make big shout out for Critter solutions. Roger and his son have been around to help us with a rat problem down our basement and they have been brilliant to say the least.
