Plumber needed to change Thermostatic bar mixer for shower

Fairly straightforward job.

Remove faulty thermostatic bar mixer shower unit (only scalding hot water coming out!) & replace with a new one (I have ordered and arrives Tues/ Weds).

Need it done ASAP Wednesday ideally.

Qualified/ experienced local plumber only please.

Should be a straightforward swap over, 30-60 minutes work.

Location is near Denmark Hill.

Budget ?50 cash.

  So let's never do anything that might improve an area, because it will just be dragged down to the level of what's presently there? Is that what you are saying? I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read that when people who had lived in a very run down area were given nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
