FS Miamily Hipster Plus baby carrier - similar to ergobaby but more adaptable

Recommended Posts

We?re selling this baby carrier (in Stone Grey), along with the single shoulder strap attachment and the infant insert. It also comes with teething pads, a fold-up carry bag and a sun cover. It?s a similar style to the ergo baby, but more adaptable and with a more supportive/structured seat for baby (with space underneath the seat for your essentials). More information on the carrier can be found here: https://www.miamily.com

It can be worn in nine different positions, including side carry (using the single shoulder strap) which many other similar carriers don?t offer, and which I found really comfy and quick and easy to put on. You can also use the seat by itself around the house to provide better support for your back when carrying baby (rather than just on your hip). It?s cooler in hot weather than our other carrier, as you can unzip the front pocket for air if baby is hot. We?ve used it fewer than a dozen times. Unfortunately our baby isn?t keen, preferring our other carrier - which is a shame as it?s comfortable and more adaptable.

We?re looking for ?75. It?s in as good as new condition, and cost almost double with the accessories (the carrier is worth ?100, the infant insert ?30 and the single shoulder strap attachment ?20).

From a smoke free home. Ideally pick up from near the top of Peckham Rye Park. PM me if interested.

    • This week's edition of The Briefing Room I found really useful and impressively informative on the training aspect.  David Aaronovitch has come a long way since his University Challenge day. 😉  It's available to hear online or download as mp3. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002n7wv In a few days time resident doctors -who used to be known as junior doctors - were meant to be going on strike. This would be the 14th strike by the doctors’ union since March 2023. The ostensible reason was pay but now the dispute may be over without more increases to salary levels. The Government has instead made an offer to do something about the other big issue for early career doctors - working conditions and specialist training places. David Aaronovitch and guests discuss what's going on and ask what the problem is with the way we in Britain train our doctors? Guests: Hugh Pym, BBC Health Editor Sir Andrew Goddard, Consultant Gastroenterologist Professor Martin McKee, Professor of European Public Health, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine Mark Dayan, Policy Analyst, Nuffield Trust. Presenter: David Aaronovitch Producers: Caroline Bayley, Kirsteen Knight, Cordelia Hemming Production Co-ordinator: Maria Ogundele Sound Engineers: Michael Regaard, Gareth Jones Editor: Richard Vadon
