Hello

We have a 16 yo girl to entertain this weekend

What would you recommend that is not for. Tourist.

She has seen London s main attractions a million times. I was thinking something cool and local like garage sales/outdoor cinema...

If you have something in mind that is cheap or free that would actually be a good thing :) thank You

I guess Camden Market still has a bit of a reputation as being a bit "alternative", so I can see kids turning their nose up at it if it's not really their scene.

Broadway Market is pretty good on a Saturday. Brick Lane and Columbia Road markets on a Sunday.

Peckham Levels... even if she can't drink, there are lots of food kiosks to choose from, and it's a trendy sort of place.

Bussey Building rooftop cinema.

Get food somewhere trendy like Forza Win, Mr Bao, Taco Queen...

What about swimming?I went with teens at Stratford, during school holidays they have extreme inflatable ! You need to prebook online the session. I went last week as well . Kids love it! I loved it as well!

After yoj can visit the huge wWestfield shopping centre ....grab some food and visit shops....

Jope it helps

    • I’d also recommend Paul for electrical work. He came round the other week to help us out with a handful of jobs (installing an SPD, new light fittings, installing a dimmer switch, a bathroom fan). His quote was cheaper than what I got from others, he turned up on time and he got the job done quickly.
    • We’d like to add our recommendation for Lukasz and team at L&L Building & Maintenance.  Lukasz has recently installed a roof terrace for us, and we’ve found him a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted about a dozen recommended builders and found his quote very competitive. During the build his team delivered quality work, they were no hassle in the house at all and they kept the place tidy every day. The terrace looks great, and we’re very happy customers. What stood out in particular was Lukasz’s responsiveness, right from discussing quotes to follow-up during the build. Lukasz often checked in and was always available when we needed him.  We’ll definitely contact Lukasz again for future building work and we’d happily recommend him to others looking for a reliable builder.   Lukasz Kugaczewski L&L Building & Maintenance 07926651960 [email protected] www.landl-build.com
    • Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?
    • What can be done? How about reporting it to the police?
