IlonaM
Hi lavender27,Depending what kind of pain i.e. neuropathic, nerve, muscular, chronic vs acute etc. you could look into curcumin (found in turmeric) which is both an anti-inflammatory and pain killer. There are also oils etc. that you apply to the painful joint such as Myaxil (an Ayurvedic oil available on ebay although I used to find it in independent chemists)and capsaicin, the active chemical in capsicum/chilli peppers (creams often available on prescription). There are also pressure points in reflexology which help.Warmth works for me, especially in this weather (humid, cold, damp) and heat pads can be extremely helpful.Hope you find some relief soon,Ilona Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/201361-natural-stuff/#findComment-1271544 Share on other sites
