We're selling our Rangemaster Classic Deluxe 90 Dual Fuel Cooker. It's a great (electric) cooker and (gas) hob with five rings, a grill and two ovens, including a plate warmer. Full details here:

It's approx six years old (it was installed by the previous owners, but we have all the documentation to go with it). It's in very good condition and perfect working order - we're only getting rid of it because we're having a kitchen extension built.

Sells for ?1,649 new at John Lewis. We're looking for ?400 for ours. Will be detached and removed by the builders next week.

  Not as much stress as on the tiny birds! Please don’t let your valid concern for one species overshadow that for many others. Bells give mice, shrews and birds etc. a better chance than no bell at all. Elastic collars are a good way of ensuring safety.
