Free cardboard packing boxes

We've got a dozen or so cardboard boxes in our front garden which we'd love to get rid of. They're still fully constructed, but would fit in a large car - or you can dismantle them and pack them flat. Lots of them are slotted inside each other. And there is loads of newspaper too for fragile items. PM me for the address.

  I have been working with David on and off for the last year and i can honestly say he is keeping me motivated and increasing my activity and ability all the time. Post an old injury i have not been very mobile. David is patient and knowledgeable and always finds a workaround if something doesn't work for me. I am very happy to recommend him.
