JAGS Sports Club offers a number of weekly sessions for 12-17 year olds, available to both members and non members. Classes are included in membership or teens can drop in for just ?5.

Regular exercise is a fab way to vent some energy, help focus busy minds, and can be used towards the Duke of Edinburgh Award, which is very popular in this area.

Our weekly sessions include:

Wednesday: TEENBOX, 6-7pm

This is a high energy class with lots of boxing training circuits and pad work.

Thursday: TEENCYCLE, 6.15-6.45pm

Saturday: YOUTH GYM, 2-2.45pm / 2.45-3.30pm

These sessions are divided in to two. The earlier one is for beginners, whilst the later one is for more advanced attendees. • Happy to name agent and do understand that there are procedures to complain. I believe that it starts with a complaint to the estate agent and then you can go to the ombudsman. I am very unhopeful that this will achieve anything as it will be hard to prove what the intention of the agent was.  Also I don't want to name the agent at this stage so as not to open up myself to any legal issues. However it is an agent in the Village whish has many branches across London
    • Naming the agent isn't going to help in this case, this is down to the morals (lack of) of the buyer. I think it's always best, esp in a buyer's market, to keep details such as 'you're keen/ need to sell' to one's self, otherwise you're just giving the buyer leverage to pull a stunt like this...
    • I have tickets for tomorrow.  I'm off to do a rain dance.
    • Please name the agent and the company.  So sorry this happened to you. You could also refuse to pay the commission.
