Pregnancy Yoga Classes at Dulwich Therapy Rooms,

47 Lordship Lane (above Health Matters).

?Conscious Pregnancy?: Yoga to support you during pregnancy, to prepare you for birthing and the entry into motherhood.

During pregnancy you experience many changes. These yoga sessions provide the opportunity to prepare your mind and body through the use of the breath, flowing movement, stillness and deep relaxation. They will help you to release blockages, open the lungs, dissolve tension and enhance ?flexibility of the pelvis? and so much more!

Classes are small and intimate, enabling you to meet other local ladies, to share your experience of pregnancy and to join in discussion.

Thur:18.00- 19.00 ?11 ? four week block booking ?44/?12 drop-in

    • At the time of posting previously, we had no idea of the dates we would be having the children. The maths place - you pay for a course of lessons . The coding session would be good but you need to book well in advance. Also grandson has been doing coding since 6 years old. He now has a 'mentoring role' at his primary school as his knowledge of this subject is years above his chronological age. Dates are still up in the air as their father is trying to juggle leave from a new job in the north of the country.
    • why not have a pasty shop - we could have Cornish pasties, Jamaican patties, empanadas from all the different regions.... I like all three.  I'm still going to support the Chacarero family business, as I don't support chains, just as I don't buy anything from Gail's, Nero, Starbucks etc.
    • Thought it had been a fish and chip shop at one time?
    • Try Gentrification, those with more money than sense who constantly want something different, when pie and mash isn't good enough for them.  "Argentinian Cornish pasties" give3 me a proper Cornish pastie any day of the week, at least I'd be supporting something traditionally British.   ps. tin hat at the ready........................🤣
