Learn how to give your baby a full body massage, and simple yoga practices to get you back in shape.


Baby massage offers great benefits for you and your little one, and provides special time for you together in a relaxing environment. Additionally, baby massage:


? Promotes better sleep

? Assists with digestion & colic

? Makes baby feel even more wanted and loved

? Enhances baby?s immune system and respiration

? Nurtures all baby?s systems

? Improves sensory awareness

? Relief from wind


The massage strokes are learnt gradually over the five weeks.


Each session we will also spend around one third of our time learning simple postnatal yoga exercises which you will be able to fit into your daily life.


Classes are small and intimate, enabling you to meet other local mums, to share how you are experiencing motherhood and to discuss topical subjects.


Investment: ?70 for the full course, drop-in available to those who have done a course before space permitting at ?14

    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
