tania Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 I am starting an Introductory 3 week PILATES BEGINNERS COURSE.Wednesdays October 3rd-17th inclusive.7.10pm at Mission Bubble Studio.Off Lordship Lane SE22 8SD.Come along and learn the basics for good Pilates technique.Pilates is excellent therapy for back pain, shoulder pain, injury prevention/rehab. Post pregnancy.Lengthening, Strengthening, and Mindful breathing.
