Could it be the previous owners went bankrupt & sold it on to family who have a new branding?

There is a reason I posted this, I have seen my previous nursery owner go bankrupt but yet have other businesses running.....

Edited to add the nursery owner previously worked for inland revenue for 10 years!

If you mean Oak Tree Nursery, it was the company (of same name) that became insolvent and was dissolved. Do you mean that the sole director and owner's personal bankruptcy followed as well? Regardless, I can't find any record of her having any other company directorship. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05356596/officers

Which nursery?

loveED86- my daughter has been at le Nid for over 2 years now, moving from the baby room all the way through to pre school. She really enjoys it and looks forward to going every morning. The staff in the room are very caring and nurturing and there is a very strong parent community in place which is invested in the nursery doing well. I am also really happy with it and whilst not perfect (but which nursery is?) my daughter seems to be developing really well and is really happy there.

Thank you.

We are going to view soon and will probably put name on waiting list.

    • thanks Jenijenjen and all - yes, i remember walking or taking the bus from the elephant (where i was working) to Camberwell to get there.  I think Tim - who's still at Franklin's -  was there in those days, and the woman who ran the cafe!  Other food places that i remember fondly are the ones in Neal's Yard (with the Hunkin sculpture that you could put a coin in ) and the basement lunch place at the Tottenham Court Road junction with Hanway Street...
    • Did you try the emergency number posted above? It mentions lift breakdowns over the festive period outside the advertised  times. Hope you got it sorted x
    • People working in shops should not be "attempting to do the bill in their head." Nor if questioned should they be  trying to "get to an agreeable number." They should be actually (not trying to) getting to the correct number. I'm afraid in many cases it is clearly more than incorrect arithmetic. One New Year's Eve in a restaurant (not in East Dulwich but quite near it) two of us were charged for thirty poppadoms. We were quite merry when the bill came, but not so merry as to not notice something amiss. Unfortunately we have had similar things happen in a well established East Dulwich restaurant we no longer use. There is also a shop in East Dulwich which is open late at night. It used not to display prices on its goods (that may have changed). On querying the bill, we several times found a mistake had been made. Once we were charged twice for the same goods. There is a limit to how many times you can accept a "mistake".  There is also a limit to how many times you can accept the "friendly" sweet talking after it.
    • Adapted not forced.  As have numerous species around the world.  Sort of thing that Attenborough features.  Domestic dogs another good example - hung around communities for food and then we become the leader of the pack.  Not sure how long it will take foxes to domesticate, but some will be well on their way.    Raccoons also on the way https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c1j8j48e5z2o
