Looking for a brilliant new flatmate

I am looking for a brilliant new flat mate to share my lovely home in East Dulwich with from mid October.

It is sharing just with me - I?m renting too (and I?m loads of fun and/or quiet as required ! )

The flat is on the first floor, has a large living room, a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. It also has a huge roof terrace overlooking an expanse of green - this has to be seen to be believed. No, seriously, the terrace is great. It has the sun all day - as will you if you live here, has beautiful views and potential rehearsal/ performance possibilities.

I have done some maths and for the last financial year my current flatmate and I paid an average ?113 each per months on all bills: water, electric, gas, Council Tax, TV License, TV and internet.

?. Get in touch with me for this wonderful home share

    • Me too.   It has been an abundant year for apples, grapes, rosehips and hawthorn berries.
    • Jason did a brilliant job replastering my loft bedroom. It had been done badly before, but he sorted everything out and even put in new joists where they were needed. He came across a few worrying things along the way but explained them clearly, put my mind at rest, and fixed them without any drama. He turned up when he said he would, finished on time, and kept everything tidy. Really friendly, really helpful, and the room looks fantastic now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
    • Well if not housing with a bit of social attached, perhaps a local supermarket or a restaurant/ chain food place. Can’t think of anything else  that would for the bill unless a private dentist or even something like Tessa Jewel to serve that section. Pity that skate park might go - guys and gals put so  much work into it but have to  move with times. Community centre?  Anyone have any other ideas? Nice to explore….. Meant Jowel - not Jewel…
    • I have noticed this year that those plants of mine that 'berry' have berry-ed up excessively this year, particularly the mahonia. Old wives tales suggest this would suggest a harsh winter is in the offing - it will be interesting to see if this saying bears fruit (see what I've done there?).
