Hi Ladies

Hope everyone's had a lovely weekend!!!

I'm posting this as I've started up a new venture and wondered if anyone living locally might be interested in hosting or attending a Jewellery Party? I sell Stella & Dot jewellery (as seen in Grazia, Vogue, Elle, Bazaar, Glamour) and have just received samples of the jewellery and there's lots of stunning bits that I know you ladies would love. There's some everyday type pieces and some really nice statement pieces perfect for Christmas...prices from ?20-?170. Take a peak on my online store here.

If you're interested in having your very own Jewellery Party then please get in contact! Basically the idea is for you get a few of your friends over your house for nibbles and drinks (5-10 peeps or more if you want!) and I could come over and you could all have a little shop in home and see the jewellery in the flesh. Perfect timing with Christmas coming up and you could do it as a afternoon get together with your fellow mummy friends, or before an evening out with your ladies.

As the host of the party you also get a few perks, a free gift, hostess credits that can be used towards the purchase of jewellery and 40% off the purchase off up to 4 items of jewellery of your choice.

I'd actually do the organising too, all you'd need to do is send me email addresses for people you'd like to invite and I'll send them an invite and reminders etc.

If this is something you'd like to do, then give me a shout I'm pretty flexible on dates and times as I'm currently on maternity leave! I'd literally come to your party for an hour, but could stay longer if you wanted.

If this isn't something you'd like to do, maybe you have a friend or work colleague who you think might be interested? Any referrals you could offer would be really really appreciated! :) Or if you'd like to see the jewellery but don't fancy hosting, then mail me and I'll invite you to one of mine.

I also have some great look books, so can post one of them to you too if you'd like to take a look? Or you can shop online at my personal shop www.stelladot.co.uk/peoniesandpearls

Thanks so much :)

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
