Can anyone recommend a good place for a group Christmas party - good meal with music and even better, with dancing!

Old Nun's Head has good upstairs function room.

How many people?

The room upstairs at the Mag is good, and I'm pretty sure it's bigger than the one at The Old Nun's Head. You'd have to lay on your own music, but you'd also have to at the Old Nun's Head.

The Grand Union or Union Grand (whatever!) in Camberwell Grove might be worth checking out - went to a good party there last year...

I'm looking for something similar, but more central London. Any sort of pub-upstairs type place that can accommodate about 50 people cheaply?
