5 yr old party venue

can anyone recommend a good venue for my son's birthday party? he will be five just before Xmas. we plan sports activities for about 20 children plus lunch. looking for somewhere in east dulwich, the village or herne hill

We did a v good party at Dulwich Pool this weekend for my newly-turned 7 year old - reasonably priced but unfortunately they don't offer a room after the pool itself

We have held a couple of parties at Dulwich College - football and/or trampolining with a room to feed the children in. You can watch the activities from a balcony and get the room ready while they are playing football or on the trampoline. Not badly priced either.
