Polly Hallam's Belly Dancing Classes are back for the Autumn. Classes have fast shimmies, but always begins with considered movements and simple shapes to move hips thighs and middles. Classes start at 10am prompt and are 1 hour.

  Thanks very much, that's really interesting. I feel better about the shredded paper not being recycled now! And even better that I can get it out of the house and into the green bin! I will save a bit for future composting though (and homemade seed paper, thanks Peckhamgatecrasher) x

  I pass here almost every day and have never seen the local business struggle to load. There's plenty of space as things are. Seems to me this is just the meddling council being ****heads yet again.
