Person with a van recommendations

Hi there,

I need a person with a van to help me move house on Monday 8th Oct. It would involve picking up some stuff from Haggerston, then driving to a garage in Camberwell for the rest of it, then helping me move into a flat in Peckham. I think I'd need someone for 3 hours or so. I have a friend to help me. No big furniture items - mostly boxes.

Any recommendations would be very, very welcome.

I don't know anyone, but I used zipvan to move earlier this year, if you can move during the week it's ?10 per hour to hire.

VP removals are highly recommended on the forum. We used them and I would happily use them again. We had two pick ups as well and no extra charge.

Hi, cAN YOU TELL ME how much it cost to hire the van you had by the hour and what size it was? I know it depends on the size, but on their site you have to go through giving the all your personal and driving licence details before you can find this out. Maddening!
