Hello,


I am looking for some early birds to join me for a regular 7-10km run on Saturday mornings. I normally run at around 5min 45sec km pace but happy to go slower if you are trying to improve.

Hello Louise,


I'm interested in going running with you on Saturday mornings. I don't know what it would be now as I haven't run in a little while (post triathlon season). But I would normally run at about the same pace as you.


Can I ask what time do you start and where do you start your run from please?

      I think it's in a pretty dangerous position, so amazed the Police or parking authorities haven't removed it. It's illegal to park on the zigzag markings by a crossing and for very good reasons, so actually being in the middle of the crossing is far worse...

      Because much of the assets have already been stripped and the big dividends already paid out. The big money has been made.  The costs going forward to repair the failing infrastructure is going to be huge and the that cost could fall to the taxpayer.
