I've heard of massages with shells or stones & I know fish nibble the dead skin from your feet, but I was on the phone to a client trying to organise a delivery.

"Hello, how are you"

"Oh i'm so exhausted with soooo much going on"

"Ok, then how about I come over Saturday"

"Yes but we're out to lunch until 2 & then we're having a "Gong-Bath" until 6:30, then back for an hour after then"

"Sorry, a "Gong-Bath"

"Yes a "Gong-Bath"

"What's a..."

"Oh y'know, you both get in this massive bath and they play all these ancient gongs as you lay there"

"Really for 4 hours"

"Yeah about that"

"...while they play Gongs"

"Yeah but they're ancient ones"

"Really....sounds..erm..great"

"Yeah, see you Saturday"

Anything else that's escaped my Pampering A-Z do let me know, I feel soooo out of touch.

Of course, the description of the base chakra location depends entirely on which way up you are lying...

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
    • Could East Dulwich or Forest Hill work? Some properties on Underhill Road and Wood Vale have large gardens e.g.  https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/161079866#/?channel=RES_BUY  You'd be close to the Horniman, Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye. Transport might not be what you're looking for though e.g. a 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station for the East London line or mainline into London Bridge.
    • I would leave London, or at a push move back to north London. In SE London if you want to get away in a car you are trapped, always an hour to go the first 10 miles, chugging up to the M4 or round the south circular, which is really just a line someone drew connecting a load of roads. and I know there are trains but first you have to get to those mainline stations, unless you only want to leave London to go to Kent. which I don't.
    • It was you who  made it personal in the first place,  Jazzer. You said you didn't feel safe in the streets,  and you said you didn't go to Central London because you didn't feel safe there. So are you now saying that wasn't "personal"? "Fire from the hip." Another interesting choice of words 🙄 I'm not "demanding" anything! I asked you some perfectly reasonable questions in  response to your own statements. None of which you have answered. Never mind. It seems to be pointless having a discussion with you. It's long past my bedtime. I'm going to turn on my sleep app  and go to sleep 😴💤
