I just wanted to recommend a hypnobirthing class I am currently doing in East Dulwich. It is held by a really experienced hypnotherapist, Christine Neillands, on Thursday evenings and in the comfort of her own home.

My husband comes to the classes with me and we have really enjoyed all the lessons and leave each one feeling really relaxed and destressed from our hectic lives!

Hypnobirthing helps you remove the fear from childbirth and enter labour in a relaxed way enabling you to have a quicker low pain birth, i have a few friends who have tried it and they all say it is the way forward!

I am in the same class as Suzie, and would also like to lend my voice to the swell.

I chose this particular course as my partner wanted to be more involved and my research showed that the Mongan Method, which Christine teaches, involves the birthing partner greatly. I arrived at my first session and was absolutely transformed, I was toxic with stress from work and the fact that I had to attend without my partner as he had not been able to. I left the first session walking on air and have since experienced a permanent revolution of profound change in how much more relaxed and serene I am. Even my driving lessons are completely different as I am now far less anxious in every stresser I meet.

I was absolutely terrified of the birthing process, resentful too of how awful it all seemed and I can now say confidently, thanks to Christine's amazing sessions, that I am confident and relaxed and looking forward to meeting my baby.

I feel I should explain also that my username is an homage to my dog Mikey, I am actually called Cat and I am 37 weeks pregnant.

Sue, if you do find a network that will let you keep a connection with them for nowt, or without any risk (in some cases) of having the number and even account balance withdrawn, do let me know. :)  It's happened to me twice -- once with a really nice number too.  I need to find a better deal for myself too.

If it happens again, I'd try to take a photo of them from inside your house, assuming you can see who's at the front door from one of your windows. I'm assuming you don't have a doorbell cam - I doubt they'd target people who do. If it keeps happening, that might be a good deterrent
