Hello,

We're a young family looking for a new home in the East Dulwich area.

Our landlord's house sale has just gone through, so we're looking to move 1st or 2nd week of December.

My partner and I are both professionals (Actuary and Comms. Manager) and have an 8month old daughter. Both non-smokers and no pets.

We're looking for a 2 double bedroom flat, preferably ground floor with a garden or outdoor space.

- Budget: ?2100

- Move date: Beginning / mid December

- Lease: 12 months

- Area: East Dulwich, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill.

We?re loyal, friendly tenants with brilliant references ? an Aussie and a Glaswegian and a cute baby, how can you go wrong!

We?re looking to make this our home so please get in touch.

  Didn't think any of the candidates are worthy of being Mayor. All Susan hall has banged on about has been ULEZ and nothing else, when there are huge issues which affect London and that she should have also discussed.
