Memory quilt - any recommendations for someone to make one?

I'm wading through piles of my daughter's old clothes and would love to have a patchwork memory quilt made from her babygrows and special outfits. I've seen a few advertised online but I'd love to shop locally if anyone nearby can rustle one up?
