barry1985dulwich
Has anyone else noticed the lack of moderation in the for sale section in the forum nowadays? The rules read pretty simple to me yet there are so many users posting sometimes in excess of 8 adverts taking up so much space on the page. Anyone think this creates an unfair sales space?Regards,Barry Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/207897-excess-posts-in-for-sale-section-where-is-admin/ Share on other sites
nxjen
The moderators and admin are busy people and rely on bad behaviour like this being drawn to their attention so they can take the appropriate steps. barry1985dulwich
@sweetgirl,What's the meaning of your message exactly? Seems very condescending. Yes I am new to the forum as I only recently moved to Dulwich. Does that mean I'm not supposed to say anything until I've been a long time member? Please let me know.Barry Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/207897-excess-posts-in-for-sale-section-where-is-admin/#findComment-1288623 Share on other sites

SoozieW
Lol Dom J.Course you can say stuff Barry, but the thing with forums is that others get to give their 10p's worth also. Passiflora
I agree with you Barry. So many multiple posts on the For Sale section and the Family Classifieds section. Admin used to be quite on top of this years ago but, as other have said, they are busy people. Posting in all capital letters is another bugbear of mine and it happens a lot. I think the rules section needs to explain that when somebody posts something for sale, if they have another item for sale they just need to reply to their own message to add more stuff on. DO PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE THE CAPS LOCK KEY IS. I MEAN, THERE'S NO NEED TO SHOUT IS THERE? :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/207897-excess-posts-in-for-sale-section-where-is-admin/#findComment-1289471 Share on other sites
Passiflora
Lots more multiple posts on the For Sale and Family Classifieds sections over the past few days. Blatant disregard for the rules and some of these posters have been on the forum since it started and should know better. Passiflora
I shouldn't have to report them. So many multiple posts again on the for sale and family classifieds section today and over the weekend which drives other posts down.
