It is relevant. If his constituency voted to leave the EU three years ago then he has done the right thing. Choosing to do it because his brother is now PM and he (Jo) makes a public announcement defending his family etc. makes it even better that he should go.

  4. But Sephiroth, you have just spent a week in another EU country and said it was a blessed relief. Why? As somebody who voted to Leave in the 2016 Referendum I really don't think the UK should be worried about how the EU are viewing us.
  5. I always rely on my hard copy of the Southwark News and the South London Press to learn of public notices etc.

  7. So many buses and cars on Lordship Lane on Tuesday afternoon. People shouting and beeping their horns. I couldn't find a space to park anywhere near to pick up my husband who was having a hair cut in one of the barbers he's been going to for years and just had to quickly park up nearby and let him in.
  8. Thanks for the info Sue. That's a shame then as the person who founded Iceland actually closed down the store on Lordship Lane a couple of years ago. A store that served a lot of people but was sold to M&S. Now they think times are changing and Lordship Lane needs asnatureintended. Why not just go across the road to the new Superdrug?
  9. Was in Lordship Lane on Tuesday afternoon and it seemed pretty busy to me.
  10. The chemist next door to McDonalds at Camberwell have a watch repair service. I've had a couple of watch face/strap repairs done there. They do send them away for a while but I've always been happy with them.

Sorry you can't say more malumbu but couldn't really be bothered to watch a war of the worlds video? Bring on Boris!
  13. Hope you find somewhere. Some years ago the EU dictated to the UK that brazil and walnuts were not allowed to be sold with their shells.
