Kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine, is a traditional side dish made from salted and fermented Chinese leaf cabbage with a spicy sauce.You will be given full instructions on how to ferment this jar of spicy goodness at home. It will be ready just in time to serve with the Christmas turkey!Refreshments on arrival.
