Approx 200 metres used hardwood decking only?100

I am just taking up an old deck because the frame has gone underneath. The decking timber, probably Ipe or Balau is in pretty good condition. It has been painted black one side & the reverse side is clean & grooved. It is in roughly 3 2 & 1 metre lengths with screws in it. I can remove these but would charge around ?50 for my time to remove them. The timber is perfectly good to make another deck 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 & would last a good 10 years with care. This normally retails around

?7-8 a metre, so 50p isn?t bad. I love recycling when I can, so grab a bargain while you can. This is in a first come, first served basis & local delivery is free.

I would be happy to advise or quote of you any help building new deck out of it.

  Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.
