Gentle yoga exercises will help to strengthen the pelvic floor and uterus, improve circulation, aid digestion, ease back pain and increase general well-being. It can also help to alleviate other pregnancy related discomforts like nausea, constipation, water retention and varicose veins.GAIA STUDIO is a boutique size studio with the maximum capacity of 9 people.
