Mini Athletics- New Classes Added

Due to length of our waiting lists, Mini Athletics has added 2 new classes to our current timetable. Come along for a free trial with your little one and experience the fun!

Fridays - Copleston Centre, Copleston Road SE15 4AN (10 min walk from Goose Green) new class- 11:00-11:45 (2-3.5 yr olds)

Saturdays - Ivydale Primary School, Nunhead, SE15 3DD - New class 08:45-0930 (2-3.5 yr olds)

Mini athletics is a fantastic class for children aged 2-7 years old. First and foremost, our classes are so much fun! However, we are so much more than that. Developed by a Sport Scientist and a Primary School Teacher, Mini Athletics is the first of its kind. We use the basics of athletics in a play based, yet structured format. Our methods enhance physical literacy (i.e. teaching children how to run, throw and jump) and cognitive skills. We believe that developing athleticism early is the key to sporting and lifestyle development.

Do you have any classes on a Monday?

Copleston class would be perfect but I am at work on a Friday :(
