Can anyone recommend a solicitor (about transferral of deeds / buying someone out of property)

Hi,

I own a house with someone else and in the process of agreeing terms for them buying me out - can anyone recommend someone who can advise me in this process? Likewise if you have been through the process would welcome hearing about your experience.
