Forgive slightly bizarre request but I want to try and contact the developers. I really want to find out the suppliers of their stainless steel/wood fences at the front!

Any info gratefully received. I want to find flat steel newel post caps and they have them - have been searching the web but no joy so far

Any help much appreciated.

cheers

You might be able to get the architect or agent's name from the planning application .

I'm not sure where exactly you mean but you might be able to find the planning application if you have the full address .

I've looked here http://maps.southwark.gov.uk/connect/southwark.jsp?mapcfg=Planning&banner=planning&tooltip=Plan_tips without success .

Which is odd as it should be there ,but I find Southwark's site a little tricky sometimes .

However I'm making the assumption that there was a planning application - because I'm thinking it's the 2 houses on the corner where applications were submitted .

I know a couple of these were unsuccesful so maybe grander plans were abandoned and the work was just renovation and no application was needed or made .

Hope I'm making sense....

@senior chevalier - many thanks for links - We've actually bought the rails from the cable railing link - but I have really fallen for the design in the ones on Barry road for the newel tops - I suspect you are right and they are bespoke. Lovely though.

    • These neighbours dislike trees period. They refused to have lost trees replaced by the Estate on our communal green. They don’t like the leaf and seed droppings. These make the grass look ‘messy’. Similarly, they don’t like my policy of leaving the tree leaves where they lie on the grass verge - hence chopping the overhanging branches. It’s like living in the 1950s. My neighbours have three gardeners with leaf blowers who come twice weekly to remove every leaf from their front lawns. Their grass is cut weekly and all the  cuttings put in multiple brown bins. It’s an outdated mindset of the moneyed classes in my view. But sadly, I’m very much in the minority.
