lietoswim Posted December 9, 2018 Share Posted December 9, 2018 Do you have a marble or granite slab suitable for tempering chocolate - i.e. a chopping board sized lump of polished marble or similar hard stone?Or a chocolate themometerOr silicone ice cube moulds?I decided to make chocolates as Christmas presents as I'm so broke, but now realise I need some bits of equipment. If you want to declutter your kitchen and don't use any of these things I'll happily take them off your hands :) And bring you some delicious chocolates if they turn out good.
