Chocolate making paraphenalia

Do you have a marble or granite slab suitable for tempering chocolate - i.e. a chopping board sized lump of polished marble or similar hard stone?

Or a chocolate themometer

Or silicone ice cube moulds?

I decided to make chocolates as Christmas presents as I'm so broke, but now realise I need some bits of equipment. If you want to declutter your kitchen and don't use any of these things I'll happily take them off your hands :) And bring you some delicious chocolates if they turn out good.

  Do you mean The Dream Machine? Used to sell vinyl and musicians used to go there and play? Don't know about the hifi repair! If that's what you are thinking of, I can put you in touch with the guy who used to run it if you PM me.
