A great opportunity to come and give Pilates a try!

An evening of free taster classes on Tuesday 18th December at 7.15pm & 8.20pm

Venue: Honor Oak Baptist Church, Forest Hill Road, SE22 0SG

Mixed ability classes, suitable for all levels taught by Body Control Pilates teacher Lucy. Classes are small in number to allow for adequate observation and support so booking is required via the link below:
