Bit behind on Christmas shopping? Don't miss a wonderful selection of unique products, handmade by local people at this weekends PEXMAS Extra market at Copper Beech Cafe.

The market will take place on Saturday & Sunday at Copper Beech Cafe on Red Post Hill (next to JAGS Sports Club), 8am-4pm.

PLUS!!! JAGS Sports Club will be giving away 25 Guest Passes on each day to the first lucky people to arrive. These can be used any time during Club opening hours for the next three months!

Expect mulled wine, fantastic mince pies, face painting, tarot cards and free balloons for kiddies.

  I'm a bit of an architecture geek and I must confess I find it one of the most gimmicky ugly redesigns I've seen in a while. I'm always open to quirky but this is just not nice in any way shape or form.

  Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
