I'm not sure if it's refurbed or brand new, the insurer doesn't specify, either way it's completely unused and in mint condition. I still have the original box and instructions for the one I broke (insurer's don't send them boxed)so it would make a perfect Xmas gift. I don't have charger or headphones but these are readily available to complete.It's also listed elsewhere so be quick! I don't have time to answer email so please text or call if you want to see it.
