I received this as an insurance replacement for one I broke. I'm not sure if it's refurbed or brand new, the insurer doesn't specify, either way it's completely unused and in mint condition. I still have the original box and instructions for the one I broke (insurer's don't send them boxed)so it would make a perfect Xmas gift. I don't have charger or headphones but these are readily available to complete.

  I doubt it was the ice cream. Lots of winter bugs around. Noro virus is around ATM and it can have a sudden onset. It is horrible to see little ones being ill but hopefully it will pass soon. Call 111 if you are concerned.
