Recommended Posts

This class demystifies yoga - by showing that everyBODY is a yoga body.

Classes are on Saturday's at 9.45am. The course will start on Saturday 5th January at Dulwich Constitutional Club.

The class is ideal for all shapes, sizes, genders, and ethnicity. I will make all the yoga poses accessible.

A focus on healthy alignment principles will help build strength, flexibility and create a foundation for your yoga practise. Modifications will be offered so that the yoga works for your body and not your body for the pose. Chair yoga is also an option.

Come and realise your body's full potential. Cultivating self-love and self-confidence.

Yoga strengthens and stretches the entire body, improves balance and focus and helps reduce stress and anxiety

Come experience the many benefits of yoga - you won't regret it.

Testimonial:

"I am a newbie at yoga and the progress I have made over the last 6 months is testament to Donna?s patience, experience and her ability to make a plus size woman feel that their size is not a limiter. Her classes are fun and thought-provoking. As she says enjoy the (yoga) journey and I have thus far."

?If we wish for greater wisdom and kindness in the world, perhaps we should start by inhabiting our own bodies with some degree of wisdom and kindness.? ~Jon Kabat-Zinn

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!

    • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
