Monday Meditation classes at the Goose Green Clinic with Jonathan Clark from 7pm to 8pm every Monday evening. (Details attached). Suitable for all levels of experience from beginner to experienced meditator.

The classes are based on Buddhist meditation so will include Mindfulness and other forms of Buddhist Meditation such as Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness). Ideal for anyone who wants to explore Buddhist meditation or has undertaken a Mindfulness (MBSR) Course and wishes to continue/refresh their meditation practice with guided meditations and added imput.

Jonathan Clark (Suddhaka) has been practising Buddhist meditation since 1992, working with teachers from the Indian and Tibetan traditions. He was ordained into the Triratna (Western Buddhist Order) in 2001 and has been teaching meditation at Buddhist Centres in London and India since 1998. He is currently managing the Brixton Buddhist Centre. He has also been running Mindfulness Courses in London since 2010.

The cost is drop-in: ?12 per session or you can book ongoing blocks of 4 classes at ?42

  I'm not sure the word "mysterious" actually means "completely impossible to identify". More that it's a mystery who they are. Anyone know anything about Jonathan Edwards or George Napier? The address given for them both is local - oh, actually, no, it's a flat above a coffee shop in Shoreditch. That's odd, you'd think they'd at least be South of the river. Never mind, who's the other Director - oh, "EDITION CAPITAL DIRECTORS LTD", who / which is also Director of 35 other companies, several of which are "In administration" or "Liquidated". No, that's not mysterious at all...

  Jon painted wardrobes and doors for us and was absolutely brilliant. Thoughtful, really knowledgeable and left things really tidy, we would strongly recommend him. He also helped us by sanding some extra bits for us and we hope to have him back again.
