Looking for contractor

Hi all! Happy New Year :)

We're going into the new year with positive spirits and the hope of finding a brilliant, efficient contractor to manage the works to be done in our 3 bed converted Victorian flat. It is too little work to require an architect, but still is more than we can manage ourselves. We would be grateful for any tips or advice.
