Hello mums, hope you don't mind me posting the sale of my double buggy here - as I thought some of you may be interested in the double buggy I have for sale (those with newborns and toddlers especially).

FOR SALE:

Mountain Buggy Urban Twin/Double in Navy and

Silver. In very good condition. Excellent buggy -

the most robust pushchair I have ever used. The

build quality of Mountain Buggy's is outstanding -

google for reviews and more info.

It rides with 4 wheels in 3 wheel style; pushes

and steers like a dream. This buggy comes with 1

carrycot (new ?135) and 2 rain covers (new each

costs ?45-65). These covers have hardly been

used.

This buggy is practically new and has only been

used a handful of times. RRP with these extra's

sells at over ?600 - thats without the raincover

and carrycot)

Both seats recline fully and offers great

flexibility to your needs with toddler / newborn.

There are no signs of wear apart from a very tiny

stain on a strap. The silver plate has one very

small little scratch. The buggy comes complete

with a 5-point safety harness, wrist safety strap

and bottle holder. The width is 72cm's so fits

through most doors (as wide as a wheelchair). The

basket is also very spacious. The wheels have

recently been serviced and can very easily be

removed.

The fabric is in excellent and good clean

condition ? all fabric can be removed and washed

fairly eaisly.

Price: ?400

We live in East Dulwich near Cafe Nero. Please PM

me if interested?

Hi

Sorry I haven't been on here for ages. Life got away on me there for a bit!

I had a little boy back in June, my second. Are there any mums with toddlers too who would like to meet up at some stage? My best days are usually Monday and Tuesday although I can do other days too. Anyone want to hook up Monday the 8th?

Hello all,

My name is Kasia and I just moved to east dulwich. I know I am a bit late in joining this group, as my daughter is 3 months but I would like to meet other mums in the area. Please let me know once you arrange your next meeting. I?m looking forward to meeting you all.

Hi summer 2012 mums,

A few of us are meeting at the Crooked Well next Tuesday 23rd. Baby drop in (with crumpets, coffee and croissants) there from 10.30 -12.

Would be great to see some of the ladies from the early get togethers and meet the babies and if you were not able to make them but want to meet mums with babies of same age would be great to see you there!

Crooked Well -16 Grove Lane SE5.

ps there is a babies halloween party being organised at same venue on the 31st. See thread on forum.

    • https://www.letslinkuk.net/ I'm interested to know why the OP didn't find this sort of scheme to work, as I would have thought it was much harder to find someone to do a direct exchange with? Does anybody else have experience of a scheme like this? Happy to be persuaded!
    • I personally think is a great idea Bobbly and would love if there was a section for it. I wouldn't offer free gardening under the "for sale" section as I would expect something in exchange and wouldn't expect our cat being looked after for free under the "wanted" section, as an example.
    • Looking for used decking boards. Should be hardwood
    • I have fond memories of Govinda's I used to go there  back in the 90's (maybe earlier) for an affordable tasty lunch..I was wondering if its still around. Now I have to make a point of going there. Does anyone else remember a really affordable basement cafe run by the church in a street off of Golden Square? parallel to Regent Street? I also used to love the Vegetarian cafe on Neal Street in the basement (Neal Street Cafe?) and there was an inczredible inexpensive authentic Japanese resturant I use to go to with my Japanese friends (who introduced me to it) tucked away behind Long Acre where that brown brick modern building ('modern' I think it went up in the 90's!) now stands that fronts Long Acre and Neal Street..I think it was called Asakasa or something?
