New Pregnancy Yoga classes starting this Sunday the 6th January in the beautiful and light filled Ivy Room at the Green Nunhead.

Every Sunday 10.00am - 11.00am. With time for tea and a chat at the end!

Come to build strength and create space for your baby to grow. The class will help you with relaxation, including breathing techniques and postures for early and active labour, as well as a chance to meet other mum's in the area.

Suitable from 12 weeks to birth, and for complete beginners and those with experience. Drop in ?10, or book a pack of 6 for ?50.

All props provided.
