Healthy Backs Pilates


This 6-week course will introduce you to effective evidence-based practitioner-led Pilates exercise designed and adapted for people with non-acute back problems. This course will also help you manage tight, achy joints and muscle associated with chronic joint problems


When: Wednesdays 6.30pm?

Information

Classes are open to men and women over 18 years of age.

No previous Pilates experience required.?

What to expect; mat-based and standing exercises which include Pilates exercises for strength and flexibility.?

Classes are small to ensure personal attention and led by an Osteopath with extensive Pilates and rehabilitation experience.


Health note: ?

This class is not suitable for people in acute pain; you should be able to get on and off a mat on the floor unaided to attend.?
