Sessions will be every Tuesday 7.15pm for 7.30pm

This is aimed to be a sociable running club aimed at anybody who can jog/run 5K no matter the pace, followed by a sweaty drink after :)

May I ask if this is more a street run or a park run ? I suppose you worked out a route already...

Thanks Thomas. The 5K route is a street run. As more people join I hope to be able to add 7 & 10K routes and then we can branch out a little further to the parks. Any suggestions on routes very welcome!

Great! :) We have an area reserved (the stage area at the back) which we rope off when we head out, so fine to leave any non valuables there.

Hey, we ran a 5k up Barry round and around Peckham Rye. As we get more people joining it would be great to break into 7 and 10k routes etc. Any route suggestions welcome!
