  1. Have used Aston a couple of times now and always been very happy with his services. Most recently he built our two young sons triple bunk bed from flat pack. Did a brilliant job, in good time too. No fuss, very professional and definitely recommend for many different jobs you may need doing.
  2. Our water has stopped running overnight. And we live at top of under hill road (Horniman end). Anyone have any information why this is or if they?re experiencing something similar?
  3. Yeah I was a previous player too but didn?t automatically join...
  4. Anyone interested in setting up an East Dulwich Fantasy football league?
  5. Hi. I?ve a 2 year old and looking to get him involved in football locally. Can anyone suggest a local team or activity group? Many thanks, Rob

Bury FC have been removed from this year's FA Cup. So this means if Dulwich beat Havant and Waterlooville on Saturday, get a bye in the First round draw, they could draw a team from League 1 or League 2 in Round two. Imagine an away day at the Stadium of Light against Sunderland!
  7. Hi there, Myself and my partner are looking to set up our own market stall selling fresh, homemade food - bread, cakes, biscuits etc. We are looking at availability around the area at the moment. As we are new to this game, we are looking for some tips from people that are market stall holders themselves. I also have a couple of questions I'd like answering, if anyone can shed light on them that would be great. - What is the best way of attaining a food safety and hygiene level 2 certificate and how long does it take? - What are the regulations regarding labelling the products with BB dates, ingredients and other information? - If I wanted to set up public liability insurance can this be done overnight? Many thanks in advance, and if there is anything extra you'd like to share, it would be greatly appreciated. Richard
  8. Hi, I?m putting together a 6 a-side football team to play one evening a week. We are looking for another player (or two). If you enjoy a kick around and would like to join our team please get in touch. All levels welcome. Thanks, Rob
  9. There were two men in there 40's shouting at strangers passing by at the bottom of North Cross road (near Barry road) very strange. That was yesterday.
  10. Yes it's important to stay alert and not get fooled by the reputation of East Dulwich!
  11. Did anyone see this on Lordship lane yesterday afternoon? A guy had what looked like a laptop bag snatched from him near the Co-Op and ran in the direction of Dulwich Library. The man who had it taken from him chased after him but to no avail. I've been living here for three years and it's the first time I've seen anything like that around here.
  12. Ah right I see. Can you pay to use the snooker tables? Or do you have to be a member? Rob
  13. So i noticed a sign saying snooker hall on East Dulwich Grove. Does anyone know the deal with it? Secondly is there anyone that would be interested in playing? Rob
  14. Hi there, I am looking to attempt the 'tube challenge' and am looking for someone who'd be interested in taking part. Basically it is visiting every tube station in the shortest amount of time. The record is 16 hours 29 mins 57 secs. It involves visiting every station once and some of it involves running from one station to another. I'd rather do it with someone I don't know will add a different element to it. If you're interested in doing this let me know. Here's some more info about it and the rules. http://www.thetubechallenge.com/ Rob
  15. Hi. I've noticed a lot of the posts above are from a couple of months ago. I am looking for a weekly casual 5-7 a-side game of ball if anyone is looking for players...?
  16. Ideal scenario will see Met Police beating Hendon, Dulwich beating Margate and then that way Dulwich Hamlets will be at home for the play off final on Sunday against the Met Police. Champion Hill be rammed. #ForwardTheHamlet
