Professional Couple looking for short term let East Dulwich

Myself and my boyfriend are looking for a short term/flexible lease on flat to rent in East Dulwich from mid Feb.

Anything up to 6 months would be ideal. Our furniture is mostly in storage so ideally partly furnished.

We were about to complete on our first flat but this fell through last minute. We are hoping to find another property in the coming months hence why we are looking for a short term let.

Up to ?1800 per month.

Both in our late 20s, Accountants, no pets, non smokers.

Please get in touch if you have anything that might work!

Thanks

Emma

I have a lovely 2 bed, 2 reception room cottage with a garden available in Herne Hill which may suit you. It's part furnished but I am flexible on how much/how little furniture you would like. My current tenants are moving out at the end of this month and the property just went under offer last week and so it will be available for 3 months. DM me if you would like more info. There are some photo's and details currently on Rightmove as it's listed for sale (under offer).

Hi Emma,

I have a newly refurbished 2 bedroom garden flat immediately available just off of Northcross Road for flexible, short term lets.

It's an amazing location - close to Lordship Lane and East Dulwich station. The flat is available for short term lets. At this stage, we are ideally looking for someone who would like to rent it for 3-6 months. Already furnished with beds, sofa, TV etc.

We have plenty of photos which we can share with you, if you're interested. Please drop me a message or WhatsApp on 07985519161 or just DM me on here.

Rent is ?1650 per month and can include some furnishings (beds, sofa etc) depending on what you need/ want.

Any questions, please let me know.

    • As the meeting, which I did not attend, was moved, as I understand it, to the Alleyn's School Theatre, one of the few venues large enough to take the members attending (the Dog's upstairs room has a capacity only of 100 as I understand it) the cost, or lack of it, of the Dog's room is immaterial. The costs of the meeting would have included costs of communications to members (printing and postage), printed ballot and voting slips etc. Nowadays these costs (particularly postage) are non-trivial. Much of the membership is of an age where digital communications are not always appreciated or even possible. The material (which I have seen) is not ideal for smart phone viewing, and ballot slips need to be real, not virtual. The cost of setting up electronic voting systems would have been far higher than printing ballot papers.
