Small house with garden to rent for 6 weeks from mid Feb (cat included)

We are renting our house in East Dulwich (3 bed with garden) from 12 Feb - end of March. We need someone to look after our cat as well,so we are asking for a reduced price (?1200 for 6 weeks) to reflect this.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a sitting and a dining room, as well as a garden. It is also suitable for people with children. It is about 10 mins walk from both North and East Dulwich stations and has easy access to Brixton and Denmark Hill stations (by bus).
