Motorist fined

Who is it that's being threatening and abusive here? I can't quite see what the motorist did apart from say 'yeah'.

And I'm a cyclist.

Didn't the motorist reply " yes ,yeah I did " in answer to the cyclists question " did you just threaten to kill me ? "

He did but that's not binding - all he had to say in court was that he was lying to the cyclist or that he misheard the cyclist and thought he asked "did you just threaten to kiss me".

But was found guilty of using threatening words/behaviour and fined so presumably didn't use that line ,or not believed .
