I did successfully appeal a late PCN earlier in the year - January - so have they changed their tune? I was pretty furious that they refused to take responsibility for sending something by post when the problems with delivery are well known.

There is still a discrepancy in the signage: coming down LL before you turn left it says 3pm start, further down signs say 3.15pm

Shouldn’t we just ignore them? They crave the publicity that the large counter demo and police give them and usually only a handful turn up

I have had variable experiences but it seems like a system issue as staff have always been kind and apologetic.
